Delete your account
An account is optional. You can continue studying on your device without one.
In the app
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Sign in to the account you want to remove if needed.
- Choose Delete account and read the confirmation.
- Confirm deletion. If your version offers Apple sign-in and you used it, you may be asked to confirm with Apple again.
What is removed
After successful deletion, your account and its backed-up question attempts, flashcard responses and learning schedule are removed from the active MediFries database. Saved details for that account are removed from this device, and progress backup is turned off.
What stays on the device
Study history already on your device, personal notes and attached photos remain available locally. Account deletion does not erase those local files or any device backup you manage through Apple.
Temporary service security and email-delivery records may remain for their retention period. See the privacy policy for details.
If you cannot sign in
Email info@medifries.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership before deleting personal information. Never send your password or a sign-in code.
